The Department of Industrial Engineering and Management was established in 1994. The four year course of studies leads to B. Sc. degree recognized by the Council for Higher Education in Israel.

The department faculty includes 11 senior members, 40 lecturers holding part-time positions, and about 50 teaching assistants.

The faculty's research and teaching subjects represent the gamut of subjects characterizing this particular field. Available for students and faculty members alike are a number of advanced laboratories in the areas of computers, electronics/electricity, automation and robotics.
