Paslin Laboratory for Robotics and Autonomous Vehicles

High Speed is our Challenge

The RAV Lab is the first robotics laboratory at Ariel University, established by Prof. Zvi Shiller in 2003.  Our focus is on optimal motion planning, dynamics and control, dynamic stability, as it relates to autonomous vehicles, tracked vehicles, industrial robots, and active safety of ground vehicles.

Our research has been supported by the Ministry of Science, Defense Ministry, Israeli Space Agency, General Motors, and Paslin Foundation.

The Paslin RAV Lab is named after Leo Paslin, the late father of Dr. David Paslin from San Mateo, California.
