The Ariel Voice Lab is a multidisciplinary center that focuses on diagnosis and treatment of voice and voice-disordered population (especially professional voice user and children, who are in the ‘frontline’ of voice use). It offers a team-approach in evaluating and treating problems related to the human voice. Our staff uses state-of-the-art equipment that enables precise perceptual and instrumental evaluation (e.g., endoscopy, stroboscopy, Computerized Speech Lab system).
The Ariel Voice Center is actively involved in research projects related to voice science and disorders. Current research focuses on identifying and characterizing voice and voice problems among special populations, development of prevention programs, and developing and improving treatments for voice disorders.
