The Department of Computer Science at Ariel University invites applicants for tenure-track faculty positions.
The successful candidates must hold a Ph.D. in computer science and demonstrate an excellent research record and potential. In addition, candidates should have held a significant postdoctoral research position or alternatively have been employed at the tenure track level in a prominent university in Israel or abroad.
Tenure-track faculty members are expected to conduct significant research; to mentor Ph.D. and M.Sc. students; engage is various administrative duties, as well as teach a wide range of courses at both the undergraduate and graduate levels. There is no fixed deadline for the submission of applications. Nevertheless, applicants are encouraged to submit their applications at the start of academic year.
The availability of positions and final acceptance is subject to the university approval. Interested candidates should provide the department with the following:
- Curriculum Vitae.
- List of publications (separated from the CV) in which journal and conference publications are properly distinguished from one another.
- A brief research statement.
- In addition, three letters of recommendation should be sent directly to the department by their authors.
