LABORATORY FOR IMMUNOLOGY AND CANCER BIOLOGY

The philosophy of the laboratory’s research is to apply advances in biology, chemistry and physics to develop novel, targeted and personalized therapies for the treatment of cancer. Our research focuses on two approaches. One is the development and clinical application of peptide-drug conjugates in which peptides are used to specifically target drugs inside cancer cells to kill them. The second is the development of personalized immune-transplantation therapies for leukemia and lymphoma.
